2. Services
We provide guided tours, excursions, and travel-related experiences in Athens and surrounding areas(Hotel arrangements, air/ferry tickets/car rentals etc). All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our Website or approved communication channels.
Prices are displayed in [EUR] unless otherwise stated.
Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) and are effective upon receipt by the Company.
For full-day and half-day tours, refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the the experience’s start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Multiday tours: If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a refund, the following cancellation fees shall apply, calculated based on the number of calendar days prior to the scheduled tour departure date:
- 0–7 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- 8–15 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation fee
- 16–30 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee
Entrance tickets to archaeological sites or events, air/ ferry/ train tickets will not be refunded.
Company cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive:
A full refund, or
An alternative tour (if available)
5. Changes by Customer
Customers may request changes to their booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
Follow safety instructions provided by guides
Respect local laws and customs
Provide accurate booking information
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may disrupt the tour or endanger others.
7. Liability
We act as tour organizers and, in some cases, as intermediaries for third-party service providers. While we strive to ensure high-quality services, we are not liable for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Personal injury unless caused by our proven negligence
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
